July 9, 2009 The Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort hosted the 5th annual Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors Golf Tournament to benefit various Monroe County charities. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Men’s Golf Team won 1st Place in the Men’s division of the Group Play. The team is comprised of 4 fine golfers, Dennis Mooney, Jim Martin, John Martin & Jeff Serowick.
Additionally Dennis Mooney won the closest drive to the pin and John Martin won the longest drive. John Martin and Jim Martin were also two of the three winners who shared in the pot of gold.
Mooney, Martin, Martin & Serowick belong to a golf league & play every Thursday evening at The Delaware Water Gap Country Club.
